MISSY THE CAT RETURNS Very good. Very good indeed. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Lots of interesting beers on tap. Fairly pricey, but I'm behind the times on cutting edge craft beer so take that thought with a grain of salt. I caught them on a quiet night when the barman had the luxury of time to indulge my questions, so will hold back that fifth star until I see how the place runs when it's rammed solid with thirsty punters. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant - it's amazing. It's like walking into a warm hug every time. Joe and his staff create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We had our engagement party here in 2019, and Joe and his team were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire planning process. Our guests raved about it, saying it was the best party they had ever been to - all thanks to the team at Noble Hops. Thank you for being absolute legends!

This restaurant is one of the top bars in the area. The beer selection is excellent and the service is top-notch. The bartenders are knowledgeable and the atmosphere is consistently inviting. You can also purchase their glasses at a reasonable price. I have been here numerous times over the past few years and it is still just as great as ever. The new bartenders are friendly and the overall venue remains fantastic.

The staff are always welcoming and willing to recommend drinks. This is the best bar in Redfern. The welcoming atmosphere is perfectly combined with the great and articulate staff serving you. You can't but be amazed by the excellent variety of both beer and whisky available to your tasting. I recommend a visit (and re-visit) to everyone. Go experience The Noble Hops! Great job guys! This is the best craft beer bar in Sydney - a small, but constantly rotating selection of the best local and international beers. The staff is super friendly and approachable, and extremely knowledgable about their product. BONUS: They also have a fantastic whiskey selection.

Great range of craft beers on tap and a wonderful list of tinned and bottled beers from around the world (pay close attention some are pricey). Also small range of cocktails, wine and mixed drinks. My favourite beer bar in Sydney.

Nice cosy pub with a small range of craft beers, try the raspberry sour, reasonable prices and if you're lucky you might catch a jam session by some local musicians
