If I could rate this business 0 stars I would. My recent visit to this location has lead me to experience the most aggressive baffling situation I had ever been in in the many years I have lived in Greenwich. As a frequent customer of many of the shops on the avenue, no worker has ever treated me with such racially aggressive attitude. While visiting there this past week I was met by a brunette receptionist who quite frankly gave such distasteful customer service I was in shock. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. When I entered to browse the menu, I was confronted by a long-haired brunette woman who raised her voice and insisted that I leave, accusing me of just wanting to use the restroom. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude. Given the community this establishment serves, her behavior was surprising and inappropriate. It not only caused a scene in front of my group and other patrons, but it also felt racially charged, especially as I was with my fellow Asian colleagues. The space encourages productivity and clarity with its great use of natural sunlight, beautiful decor, and abundant greenery. Really enjoyed using the space for everything I needed for during my work days. The zoom screens were a great touch and I enjoyed the soundproof meeting rooms! Excited to see the programming that is coming to the space. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful workspace!

Saksworks is exactly what Greenwich has needed for a while. My husband and I both work from home and sometimes just want a change of scenery. Saksworks is the perfect spot for this and the coworking space is beautifully designed. It's great to have this new addition open right in middle of town and I can't wait to see it continue to develop.
Horrible customer service. Front desk was highly unprofessional. Could've a good place as I liked the original concept, but my experience was ruined by the receptionist who supposed to be the face of the company. What a shame, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Saks Works continue to prevail with their innovative taste and attention to detail. Their Ruby and Bella’s restaurant has brought Saks to the next level, cuisine to die for. And not to forget the store’s warming oasis that brings anyone and everyone together.

SaksWorks is an awesome spot for a meeting, coffee break, or to get some work done. I can focus and feel like I'm in a warm, comfortable space at the same time. Ruby and Bella's is super tasty!
