I am extremely disappointed. In the past, my experiences here have been great, so I was really looking forward to tonight's order. Unfortunately, the static on the phone had more personality than the American girl at the register. My order wasn't complicated, yet everything except the side salad was incorrect. I was charged for two rolls, and when I went back to address it, the woman didn’t listen or understand, which only made things worse. After spelling out the issue for the eighth time, they finally refunded me for that item, but what a hassle that was! When we finally got home, we discovered even more mistakes, but we were too hungry to go back again.

This was my first time at this restaurant, and I opted for a sashimi lunch to go. The meal included three pieces each of white fish, tuna, and salmon, along with miso soup and white rice. Unfortunately, the white fish and tuna tasted stale, while the salmon was fresh but had a tough texture. Although the person who took my order was friendly, the disappointing quality of the sushi overshadowed the service. I don't plan to return to this restaurant; perhaps their cooked dishes are better.
This is my favorite place to satisfy my sushi cravings without having to go far. While it might not be the best sushi in Connecticut, it's always fresh and dependable. I've never encountered any problems with the food or service—they consistently do a fantastic job. They even accommodated my allergy to white fish. I highly recommend the sushi combo platter, bento box, or the fried ice cream for dessert.
The sushi at this restaurant is the best in the area. However, I'm giving it four stars instead of five because every time I call to place a pick-up order, they tell me it will be ready in 25 minutes. I end up waiting for 30 minutes before leaving home, and then I usually have to wait an extra 25 minutes at the restaurant. This can be quite frustrating. Nonetheless, the food is still outstanding.

Ordered the 3 sushi roll lunch special with miso soup. The sushi was ok, but the miso soup was 1/4 way full and cold. I live 5 minutes away from the restaurant and waited inside for it to be finished, so there’s no reason it should be cold. The people hosting are also not very friendly! This restaurant is fantastic! It never disappoints. The staff is fantastic and the food is always excellent, even during peak times. They do a great job of keeping you entertained while you wait. Overall, I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect score of 5.
This is one of the finest hibachi restaurants I have ever visited. The ambiance is delightful, and the staff is exceptionally accommodating. If you find yourself in or around Watertown, this is an excellent spot to enjoy a meal.
