Don't be put off by the ageing building and the somewhat obscure location, this is a lovely little sushi place. The owner works her own restaurant and oversees everything that is made. Unlike many sushi trains, the gyoza are home made, as well as the spring rolls. Refreshingly, breast chicken is used in many of the dishes, very good to see the quality. And the green tea is free! Some places charge $4 for hot water and a tea bag but here it's complimentary :) winner! The restaurant is incredibly clean and the staff are very kind. Try this local family business, talk to the owner and get recommendations for what is fresh and in season.
