By far the worst experience I?ve ever had in store and with upper management. Staff is inconsistent and need to be retrained. Manager needs a new attitude and some empathy. They close whenever they feel like with no reasonings or signage MANYTIMES, this was not the first time. If upper management doesn?t really care about the business why would the staff? And guesswhat, it shows. Long story short I received a terrible salad and called them the same night(835pm) for a refund. Paid cash sohad to come back the following day. Welp, they were closed early. They do not have a voicemail so no you can not leave a messageas I called them 3times. So I took pictures for proof. I went back today(230ish)...
In short, I received a poorly made salad and called the same night around 8:35 PM to request a refund. Since I paid in cash, they told me to return the next day, but they closed early again. They don’t have voicemail, so despite calling three times, I couldn’t leave a message. I took photos as proof.
When I returned today around 2:30 PM to get my refund, I was given the runaround. They said they couldn’t refund me fully because I missed their 24-hour refund window. When I asked to speak to the District Manager, they incorrectly said the window was 48 hours. It seemed like they were just avoiding giving me my refund.

I ordered the avocado Cobb salad and I noticed in the food display case that the avocado was gray and old . I asked the girl behind the counter if the avocado looked ok and her response was ? That?s what it always looks like? . One of the customers behind me got the same salad as me and said that avocado does not look good please do not but avocado on my Cobb salad . The worker still did not throw out the avocado or replace it with fresh avocado for even when the next customer agreed with me . There is a total difference between fresh and bad avocado. I can?t believe this worker would even say that . She knew it was expired and didn?t even give me a suggestion to trade the avocado for a diff...
Really wanted a good salad, so got a create your own from Salad Works today. Had lettuce, pasta, turkey, buffalo chicken, pepperoni, tomato, red onion and cheese with Chipotle ranch dressing. How can a salad, with all these bold flavors included, betasteless. This was the blandest salad I've ever had, and I always get this at other locations. The dressing tasted watered downand added nothing. The buffalo chicken may as well been plain roasted chicken because, I couldn't distinguish it from theturkey. It was just a big disappointment.

Absolutely not! The staff were rude and tried to close an hour before their posted hours. They acted like customers were a nuisance and showed little care in preparing the food. The salads were poorly made, and some ingredients seemed questionable. I ordered two pecan and cranberry chicken salad sandwiches, and both arrived without any chicken! Instead, it was a sickly mix of cranberries, pecans, and who knows what else. On top of that, the prices were absurd—definitely not worth what they charge. I won’t be coming back!
DO NOT GO HERE! Staff are rude and try to close over an hour early. They act like you bother them and are careless with handling the food/do not make the salads right. Some of the ingredients in the salad are questionable. I also got a pecan and cranberrychicken salad sandwich (two of them) with no chicken on them! It was a disgusting mush of cranberries, pecans, and who knowswhat else. To top it off, they are extremely overpriced. You don?t get what you pay for. Will not go back!!
The employees was great. On point customer service. However, the salad was not. First, I don't understand why they only have iceberg lettuce. Roman lettuce and spring mix is very popular and they don't sell. Because my salad was made with iceberg lettuce it tasted nasty. Oh and the breaded barbecue chicken is nasty. I would rather go to WAWA.
Nothing better than a great experience just because of employees having great attitudes. Went in with my two children and they handed them 2 juice boxes while they made my food. To me that goes such a long way. They were all happy and smiling and I'll beback very soon. Thank you! Food is always awesome as a nice bonus

Terrible experience at Saladworks. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and soup from their menu, but the sandwich had barely any meat and was served on stale, broken bread. To make matters worse, the soup was ice cold. I can't believe Saladworks would deliver food in such poor condition.
