This is my first time writing a negative review, and I feel compelled to share my experience. A few months ago, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and had excellent customer service. However, during my visit today, I encountered several issues. I ordered my usual salad, but unfortunately, it contained a piece of ham. Thankfully, I didn't get sick. The staff had a noticeable attitude throughout my visit; I’m not sure if it was because they were about to close in an hour, but the service was disappointing. Don't waste your time coming to the store!I pre-ordered and when I arrivedmy order was supposed to be done. When I asked the attendant he said it wasn't even started.There were customers that had not been waited on and the attendant decided to take them before starting my order which should have already been done. When I told the attendant that the order was supposed to be done and he should make sure that my meal was done before new customers come in he argued with me.If you want good service don't come here!Saladworks, get better employees!
They close at 8, but it feels more like 7:30. They will rudely inform customers that they can’t make any more salads with just 30 minutes left until closing time. I’ve eaten here before, and it wasn’t great then either, but now I feel the need to share my experience. Avoid this place - the food is poor and the service is rude. Food rating: 1/5.
I went here last wk., for 1st in yrs. and it was a great experience. I made my own and took it home. It was all so tasty, fresh generous portions. I will def. be back. In fact had 2 meals from it. I recommend it look forward to going back. The young girl who took my order was great too thorough. Thank you...I even gave a dollar tip.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, aiming to eat healthy despite the tempting Popeyes right next door. While my heart was craving a chicken sandwich, I stuck to my plan and ordered a Chipotle salad instead. The portion size was impressive, and it tasted delicious. Food rating: 5/5.
Omg Nasir was so so helpful I enjoyed my entire salad except I forgot to get boiled eggs and please don't get me started on the bread so soft I'm addicted the best of the best in carbs ?Food: 5/5
so disgusting, a dead bug a piece of hair in my salad ? idk why they aren’t wearing hair nets or cleaning there products but this wild…. won’t come here ever again ?
This place smells like under arm pits without deodorant. It really needs a deep cleaning.
