Salsa On The Rock Fresh Mexican Grill

We enjoyed delicious food and a fantastic atmosphere at this restaurant. The service was impeccable. All three types of salsa were incredible. My friend and I left feeling completely stuffed, and we both agreed that everything was very good. I was especially pleased with the variety of options available for someone with my milk allergy. This is a major plus for me, as it can be difficult to find places that accommodate my dietary restrictions so easily.

We just stumbled upon this place, and we're glad we did! We shared the artichoke dip with chips and vegetables. The bread bowl was warm and fresh. We also each ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. It has a little spice to it, which blue cheese makes it so delicious! Didn't like that the prices were not on the menu. Wasn't quite sure how much we spent until we got our bill. :

The experience was decent overall. The food is delightful—while it may not be entirely authentic, it is still quite enjoyable. The atmosphere is lively and festive. However, neither the Rockrimmon nor Briargate locations provide top-notch service. While your food arrives promptly, don’t count on the same speed for drinks, chips, or the bill.

I absolutely love this restaurant, located in the Rockrimmon neighborhood on the northwest side of Colorado Springs. They changed ownership in 2019, and the place has only gotten better since then. Their happy hour runs from 3 to 7 PM, featuring reasonably priced drinks, a diverse menu, and great service.
