on Saturday morning they called to breakfast. bar staff kitchen staff very friendly helpful. relaxing atmosphere and beautiful breakfast. we came with a friend from the thomson cruise ship, which currently docked in tynemouth, we had a two-day drink. frighten her to the fab waitress who brought cofee outside the garden, friendly chatty. all in all a good experience- would definitely return
I’ve been to the Sal a few times and it’s definitely the go to place for a night out. The wide choice of ales and the 2 4 1 cocktails in particular makes the place stand out from any other pub. All members of staff are always friendly and work their sweat off to make sure all customers leave with a smile on their face.

A good selection of beers that should suit most people. The pints we had were all well kept and everyone enjoyed their meals. Although not the finest, the food was more than adequate. No complaints about the service either. The server was jolly and efficient. We will return.
great place to drink the personal all nice and friendly great service and especially they are the only employees in tynemouth with actual sharpening. have they been good here at places pizzas are fantastic
Food was amazing, if I ever go to Tynemouth again this is the only place I will be eating. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff were polite and friendly, everything you want.
Had lunch here for first time yesterday food was lovely staff efficient and friendly definitely will be going back
