Salute Italian Seafood

I went in with a friend and didnt know what to expect. We started off at a table outside overlooking the water hoping to be able to watch the sunset. Unfortunately it was cloudy and windy and ended up heading in to a booth inside. The atmosphere is wonderful and I especially want to thank our waiter Hunter for being so accommodating. I think we had our menus in front of us for at least a half hour before we finally ended up ordering our appetizer because we were talking so much. But he took it all in stride and kept a smile on his face the entire night. The service industry needs more people like him. I just want to give a huge shout out to the employees! Last night I sat close to the kitchen and I saw the waiters and waitresses running themselves around getting peoples food to them with a smile on their face. And the kitchen staff were working non stop from one dish to the next. I was just so impressed by the whole operation it was so hectic but they handled it so smoothly! So hats off to you guys!!! You were awesome!!

I love everything I've had so far but the fried lasagna is to die for!! The atmosphere as well as the staff is amazing and the prices are very reasonable. This is one of my favorite restaurants on the coast and if you've never had their fried mozzarella you don't know what your missing!

We didn't know where to go for our anniversary so we just got in the car and started driving. Drove from Ocean Springs and ended up at Salute. My husband and I had our wedding reception at this restaurant years ago and we frequently return for a romantic meal together. The ambiance is lovely and relaxed, and the food is consistently excellent. Our waiter last night was exceptional.

We love this place! Very reasonable prices and the Caprese salad and tomato basil soup are the best I've ever had as is the vegetarian burger! Our compliments to the chef! Réservez une table maintenant
