Highly recommend people avoid unless you're doing takeout. Service is horribly slow, busy is understandable but if your kitchen can't meet the demands of the people you seat unless they're willing to wait over 2 hours for entrees, maybe don't sit that many tables? Free apps and wine is a good way to distract folks, but they only bring those plates out in the beginning, then you wait and wait and wait. Salvatore, Anna, and the excellent team at Salvatore's of Elmont created an enjoyable and memorable night for our party of 40 people. The outdoor seating was comfortable and accommodating. The food was served piping hot, which I appreciate, and was delicious; there was a lot more than we could finish and we took home dishes for lunch tomorrow. We can't wait for our next dinner at Salvatore's. Thank you everyone at Salvatore's! 5-Stars!

If this restaurant wasn't ranked 5 Stars it should be. Excellent service and even better yet fantastic food. This is a well run establishment and we recommend it without reservation!
