This past Friday we ordered $57.00 in food from here. Minor detail, the order taker got our address wrong. The delivery man dropped off our food one hour and 15 min after ordering. I gave him $10 tip. The food was obviously cold. I ordered pasta extra sauce, however there was almost no sauce on the pasta. I called back. Spoke to manager Trevor or Travis, he said he would remake our cold cood and as long as we gave back all the food we ordered we could have warm food brought to us. I declined as at this point my family was very hungry. Trevor asked if he could bring us something else. I advised dessert. 4 slices peanut butter pie, 4 cannolis and a 2 liter of pop. 6:03 pm Placed an order! 7:10 pm Told the ?food was on its way!? 7:24 pm Delivery driver is ?about pull up as we speak!? 7:34 pm No show! 7:36 pm We can give you a refund but it?s going to be 3 5 days. 8:00 pm You cancelled the order at 7:10 pm! (That?s odd you told me it was coming twice after that) The food never arrived! I would not recommend this particular spot! Shady business going on here!
Long story short, I tried to order from one of the other local pizza places and had a terrible experience. When I called here it was great. They were great about taking a large order for a Saturday afternoon. The girl I spoke with on the phone was great to work with, food was fresh and ready at the time I asked. It was overall a great experience and I'll be a returning customer.
I had a fantastic Steak Sub at this restaurant today! It was just perfect. The roll was fresh and lightly toasted. The filling was exactly as I requested, and the woman who prepared it was friendly and clearly took pride in making a great sub. She definitely deserves a substantial raise!
