Sammy J's Grill South Surrey

We recently hosted a Surprise 70th Birthday Dinner on the Patio with 31 guests. We were extremely impressed with how well it went. Grant, the manager handled everything beforehand so that when we arrived we actually got to be a part of the party. Our servers were very accommodating moving tables, opening windows, lowering blinds etc to make sure all our guests were comfortable. They managed to ensure everyone had drinks in a timely manner throughout the evening, including a special drink request for the birthday girl! Food was great and came out to all 31 guests at the same time (not an easy task!) We will definitely host more parties here in the future!

We visited this restaurant for two different work events. The first time was out of convenience since it was nearby, but the second time was because of the excellent service and delicious food. Our large group thoroughly enjoyed our meals, with everyone raving about the experience. Personally, the bacon cheeseburger I had was so satisfying that I couldn't stop thinking about it for days afterwards. The restaurant is doing a fantastic job with their fresh food options. Additionally, there were vegetarian options available that pleased our vegetarian colleagues. Overall, a great dining experience for everyone.

The Sammy J Pepper's location in South Surrey is amazing. We truly had a great time, what a night / event - the staff and kitchen were awesome- first class !There we so many positive comments from all of our guests about the service, food and venue, etc.All of the above creates great memories and we will definitely keep your facility in mind for all future private or corporate events.A personal thank you to Grant for being so well prepared and taking care of everything - they didn't miss a beat.

We recently booked the Party Room for 75+ people for a Reunion. The Manager was a great resource to help us set it up for our needs and brought in the appropriate number of extra staff so we were well looked after. The staff were great and the room was perfect for hosting a stand up cocktail party. Some people order some appies for the group to share and we put them on a table at one end. The environment was excellent and our night was a huge success. Thanks, Réservez une table maintenant

We went tto Super Bowl last year at a different establishment. The service we received here this year compared to last year was night and day difference. The food was great and AMAZING service by Emersen. Probably the best service I’ve seen in a long time. Thank you Emersen. Highly recommend this location.

The staff at Sammy J's went out of their way to give my Grade 7 students a fabulous celebratory lunch. The atmosphere was perfect as it provided many different seating arrangements, a large and spacious room fitting the occasion. The servers were kind and friendly and the food great.

Good food & service, nice ambiance and very helpful wait staff. The appetizers were outstanding and the main meal also excellent. We were a large business group that included a talk but the rest of the restaurant was definitely family friendly.

Appetizers are amazing! The steak bites are a must try! Also the grill cheese appetizer is great. My main was just a normal ceaser salad, it was good but enough sauce. The servers were also really nice, great place for a outing with friends. Réservez une table maintenant

Lots of gluten free options here. I felt safe eating from the GF menu. The food was great, as was the service.Dietary restrictions: Lots of GF options. A whole menu.

We waited for 5 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The hostess did not come to the front to seat us. The service was lazy and terrible.
