This is my go-to sandwich place!! I have been enjoying Sammy's sandwiches for years, ever since he was located on Van Ness and Bush. He did not disappoint yesterday!! Delicious!! Always made exactly how I like it!! He understands my preferences and consistently delivers a perfect sandwich every time, even though I am a very choosy eater. The prices are reasonable too. Give it a try, you will not be let down.
I would rate this restaurant a 4.5 mainly because of the price. However, I don't think $20 for a meal, coffee, and brownie is too bad. They offer a wide variety of food options and everything is prepared fairly quickly. The burritos are really delicious, the brownies are great, and the coffee is decent. Overall, I think it's definitely worth a visit. I give the food a perfect score of 5/5.
After initially searching for a good breakfast spot, we discovered Sammy's cafe. We had breakfast here every morning. The service was very friendly and the food was delicious. We definitely felt very comfortable.
Lots of old world funky charm at this sandwich shop. Really nice staff puts a lot of attention into each sandwich... In our case, two fat breakfast burritos with turkey sausage and cheddar. Pretty good coffee. Réservez une table maintenant
Lots of menu sandwiches and made to order. full and interesting breakfast menu... Visit twice a week and always good... Prices just went up a bit but less than other neighborhood places
Had a great breakfast sandwich (croissant). The breakfast burrito and smoothie were also really good. The place is clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and kind!
The egg and cheese on a bagel was absolutely amazing. The asiago bagel was dense and flavorful, yet soft. The egg, cheese, and turkey were cooked perfectly.
This charming little café is located in a trendy neighborhood. The bagel was delicious, but I was not a fan of their spinning tablet tip system. Réservez une table maintenant
There are a variety of options on the menu. The sandwiches were fantastic and reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast.
