Sano Sushi - Réserver une table

I've been to this restaurant in the past and I've never experienced anything like this before! The service was TERRIBLE !!! Walked in, no greeting. Sat down, no one acknowledged me. Had to wave the waitress over to order some Saki while I wait for my friends. No tea on the table. Not offered water. The staff looked miserable the whole time. When we asked for something they looked annoyed. Did not bring us wasabi when our sushi came. Had to ask for it. We asked for some cutlery and the waiter (male) raised his voice very rudely to us and said WAIT WAIT !! When we had to ask for something they looked at us like we had two heads. Not sure what was going on that night but I will never go back af...

Atmosphere was quiet and simple. The food was great. Service was fast. Really wish the servers smiled a little more. They were very nice once I got them to actually laugh and chat a bit. Portion sizes are larger than most sushi places. Order less than you normally would and add more as you go.

READERS BE AWARE, this place will take your money and not deliver your food. Few people have also ordered from here and they intentionally miss items so you get a credit with them and order again to get missing items! Be aware

Been a customer there for many years. Service and food has been steadily good. Lots of free parking I recommend it

Don’t go to this place they are rude. And because of that you won’t enjoy eating there you always feel stressed
