My friend raves about the buffet at this spacious Indian restaurant located near a small shopping area. There is paid parking out front but, the parking is free in the back. They haven't been back since COVID but, they been on numerous occasions with their family prior. We came on a Saturday morning to take advantage of their $15ish lunch buffet deal. The food at Santoor Indian is definitely flavorful and worth trying. However, I highly recommend opting for takeout to save yourself the frustration. The service was incredibly slow—I waited over 30 minutes just for a single appetizer, and another 20 minutes before the waitress asked if I wanted the rest of my order. Meanwhile, larger groups came and went without any delay. One staff member did acknowledge the poor service and kindly offered us free mango lassis, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, when I asked for my food to be packed to-go, an employee nearly followed us to the door asking for a tip, which was quite awkward. The service was very slow and our attendant kept walking away, even while we were speaking mid-sentence. Despite taking our order down on a tablet, we did not receive all the entrées we ordered. The hara bhara kebab was unlike any I 've tried--it was just battered and deep fried potato without a trace of spinach or peas as was described. My vegetable biryani was 90% rice with a smattering of a few overcooked vegetables. All in all it was a disappointing experience but I may give this place another try as they offer a couple of specialties...

This was a very cozy and pleasant spot. Customer service was very Satisfactory and kind. They have an array of food available and it is self serve/ seating. Clean facility with unisex bathroom and free mall parking. On Sundays they have more items out for self serving and you can order items that are not out on the buffet.
The food was reasonable for the $20 buffet price, though I wished there had been more variety in the sauces. The service was disappointing; despite it being a buffet, it was hard to get water, and we had to pay for our meal ourselves because no one assisted us. I'm not sure why there were servers at all.
To Owner- You raised prices for buffet and serving “Delhi Butter” chicken with bones. Why not bring back the original butter chicken? After all, kids love butter chicken and not a fan of bones. You are losing customers! How much extra boneless chicken cost anyway?
We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Santoor Indian tonight! The dishes were fresh, full of flavor, and the staff were warm and attentive. Special thanks to Shervani (hope I got that right) for ensuring my dish wasn’t too spicy. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Found this spot when I was in college- awesome weekend buffet! Always felt like an intimate Indian restaurant rather than a high- turnover buffet, even during buffet time. Went back recently after 10 years and the food and service is still incredible.
The food was delicious! The service was great! We Will definitely go again!
