The average Italian restaurant in America. Nothing exceptional. Food was OK but, at the price, we expected better quality. The bread served was rather stale as if it had been precut at the start of the day and then sat out. They also have a 4% surcharge if using your credit card, which is always very off-putting to see. I don?t know why some restaurants do this. If it?s absolutely necessary, just mark up your prices 4% and call it a day. People don?t want to come in expecting to pay a certain price at the beginning of the dinner only to be surprised when they get the bill that it?s going to be a little more expensive. We were in the area visiting my sister's new apartment, and meeting friends who were passing through. The drive to Sapori was easy, and the neighborhood interesting and quaint, both commercially and the residential side streets. Jersey has lots of BYOB restaurants, and we find them generally superior, as the focus is on delivering an outstanding culinary experience, not selling overpriced drinks. We shared some appetizers, including carpaccio, mussels, and calamari, then had individual entrees. We were stuffed, but the tiramisu sounded too good to pass up, so we got a piece and 4 forks. Satiated!
Oh man. This place undid my taste buds and then reassembled them in Italian bliss. The servers were very personable and seemed to be on a first-name basis with several other folks who I assume are regulars. The courses were out of this world and the ambiance was warm and inviting. It felt like a truer manifestation of Olive Garden?s motto ?When you?re here, you?re family). Certainly more expensive than our usual fare, but worth every penny for special occasions.
I surprised my husband for his 30th birthday by taking him to this restaurant, and it was a fantastic choice! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and the staff is genuinely friendly. The food was absolutely incredible—so delicious that we forgot to snap a photo! If you're in search of exceptional service and wonderful cuisine, this is the perfect spot for you!

Excellent dining experience! After a hectic day filled with errands and shopping in Philadelphia, I was in search of a satisfying meal and decided to stop by Collingwood on my way home. Sapori was exactly what we needed. Just a heads-up: Collingwood is a dry town, so make sure to bring your own wine next time!
This restaurant is truly a hidden treasure! My husband and I had an amazing dining experience here last night. The food was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. We will definitely return. The only downside is that I polished off all my meal at the restaurant, so I have no leftovers to enjoy today!
The food was great. The chef's culinary skills are superb. All six of our party had different appetizers and entrees and tasted each others. Every morsel was delicious. We were too full for deserts, but every one looked good. We'll go back.
Chef Franco and his staff made for a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the homemade fettuccine was outstanding. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Can't wait to go back!
