Saratoga Casino In Saratoga Spr

Even though I got mugged in the casino, by the casino itself (grrrrr) this place still gets 5 stars. The facility and rooms are exquisite with detail and kept spotless. The beds are very comfortable and our room overlooked the horse exercise track. Did not eat at the steakhouse because my first born stayed home so I wasn't able to trade her for food. Service got 3 stars for the bar service in the casino slow. Short story pricey but worth it especially if you are coming up to see the ponies run.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! We came to the Saratoga Casino Hotel with my family and had a really bad time! The service was terrible. They have a real attitude and treat some hotel guests like real garbage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU'RE A LOCAL

A much better slot machine betting experience than at Rivers. Worth the extra trip as the machines are not as tight. We stayed for hours and had a great time. Beautiful hotel and casino, plus the world famous race track. Saratoga is the place to be.

July 14 a lot of slot machine went down at around 2:25 in the afternoon. Sat at a machine for 1hr. , Told them I wasn't sitting for another hr. and was told I would lose the money in machine. Never coming back!!!!! Pathetic!

I absolutely love going here! For gambling, maybe see a show or eat at Lucky Joe's or the steakhouse
