It's been nearly 20 years since I last dined here, so I decided to visit the Galleria for a trip down memory lane. I was pleased to find this restaurant still bustling, even though the Galleria itself has seen better days and is set to close permanently in March 2023. I've always been reluctant to order chicken teriyaki from other takeout places because I've been searching for the flavor and style from this spot. I'm really glad I had the chance to enjoy a meal here one last time. I hope they reopen somewhere in Manhattan in the future.
I've eaten at a multitude of Michelin rated restaurants around the world, including the top few of the Western Hemisphere. Experience aside, Sarku Japan is my favorite restaurant to eat at. Their food is phenomenal. It is truly the best food in Westchester.
Always the lightest yet tasty, healthy and fulfilling food item in the whole food court, especially when combined with steamed veggies and brown rice. The price is right!
I loved going to this place but recently they changed the portion size. Its smaller than it was before. So they are charging you for the same price for little food.

japanese food and service here is above par. Fell in love with this place from the 1st taste. It has a cool feel to it. Similar to a place in Denver I liked.
the only reason I go to the mall is because I want to eat some of the chicken teriyaki. I recommend it. their food is very good and delicious.
The portion sizes have decreased, but to be honest, I only visit this unpleasant mall for the delicious and satisfying teriyaki chicken.
The chicken teriyaki over fried rice, double chicken is the bestm Make sure to ask for more teriyaki sauce!

I found hair in my food, and I never returned. After that experience, I won't choose this place again.
