Sattelei - Réservation de table

my parents and I went to this restaurant today. we found it in the last minute through tripadvisor and it was the best restaurant in which we entered during our stay in the Black Forest. the prospects from our way to satelei were beautiful and. there were many gone from there. we even saw a bus station next to the restaurant, although it was in the middle of the forest. we shared a plate of charcuterie and cheese and afterwards I and my father had a hot suppe from vegetables and bark and my mother had a plate of meatballs and the typical German kartoffels. for dessert we shared an apfelstrudel and a black forest cherry cake. we enjoyed every minute of our meal, the environment, the service....

This is a very pretty casual restaurant nestled in the trees of the Black Forest, and is run by the Hotel Bareiss. We enjoyed excellent tarte flambe (a sort of take on pizza) and Swabian pork with mustard and particularly good sauerkraut. We also tried...Black Forest gateau and apple strudel, which were fine but not in the league of the savoury courses. The bill for all of this was just an absolute steal. A hidden gem in the woods.

when I try to go with local people and not take off here: it was the right choice. the leberkaes with kartoffelsalat was more than I could handle after a long walk and the waitress was friendly enough to pack the...lefts for me. this is something unusual in Germany! the interior of the restaurant is quite cozy, but the terrace outside was a great place to be on this sunny day.

Super sympa cette auberge.Un charme fou avec son intérieur en bois joliment décoré.Le personnel est avenant et habillé en costume typique.La terrasse est vite remplie car on peut y venir en voiture (parking à 500m).Nous, après une bonne randonnée, on y a dégusté un apferstrüdel à tomber (le meilleur de notre séjour).A recommander Réservez une table maintenant

This restaurant, owned by Hotel Bareiss, is a lovely spot to stop for lunch or a quick bite. Service is prompt, the fare is typical of the region, well presented and very tasty. The wine list and beer is good. If the weather is fine,...sitting outside affords an interesting glimpse of other travellers walking in the forest.

what a joy, on such a place after a long walk for a typical local treatment and some convenient recovery stumble. good local food, nice sitting outside on a good weather, beautifully decorated, but slow service. to the beautiful bareiss hotel a few kilometers away.

Door bos omgeven hut met ruim opgezet terras. Goed te bereiken met de auto. De bediening is snel en correct. Het eten is lekker Duits, goed bereid en grote porties. Prima plek voor n onthaastingslunch.

Na een redelijke klim naar dit leuke restaurant. Wij hebben alleen koffie (met heerlijke schwarzwalder en strudel) maar wat er voor lunch gerechten voorbij kwam zag er prima uit Réservez une table maintenant

A perfect spot to have a drink or a bite after a walk through the beautiful Black Forest. Same warm hospitality as Hotel Bareiss.
