The food was delicious and the service was great. I had to wait a couple more minutes than the other for my food which was not a problem for me, even still, I was given free potatoes for the wait. That was a wonderful, unexpected touch. My ONLY problem was that I reserved a standard table but was seated at a high table. The two young children with us could barely reach the table and the high chair was too short for the table. The high table was facing the kitchen so it did not offer much a view for half of the table. I would definitely come back and cross my finger to be seated else where.
I would like to say that I usually don't like to travel. but I will be the first to tell them that from my first meal, when the chef, shannon came to meet me, and put me in the food and beverage conessouire, jeff, I felt right at home! Not only were they hospitable, every meal was amazing! the personal always greeted me with names (I was there only for a few days) and took care of me very well! I recommend the crabcake sandwich, harbor salat and chesapeake omelette! also make sure to visit the bar after hours, so inviting! I will jump
we went to the restaurant for a special damenessen. it was in the west hotel to think that the culinary experience would be a little higher. the harbour views are beautiful, the personal was pleasant, and eat decent. the facility of the restaurant feels like a refurbished, would be nice if the room felt as if it were actually a restaurant vs tables and chairs in an open space (nipple a little but helpful in terms of expectations). fine hotel, but not a destination.
we were in the west on thanksgiving and decided to eat in the hotel. I'm so glad we made it! eating was fantastic. I loved the Butternuss-Quash soup, the krabbe mac and cheese was decadent and delicious! the chicken breast was excellent. we had a good service and ate there again our second night. I recommend it very much!

Great food, excellent service. PHILIP, our waiter, is the absolute best!!! HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND CARING. FANTASTIC SERVICE AND AMBIANCE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THANKS TO PHILIP FOR MAKING OUR THANKSGIVING DINNER SO SPECIAL.
the food and drink were not good at this time and I was there last Sunday and came back because I enjoyed it so much. I was very disappointed
they were very burdensome. my sister felt very special to celebrate her birthday there.
I really liked the options given for food and how nice they were.
