Sauvage - Réservation de table

The meal and service were outstanding. We have recently been to a 3 Michelin star restaurant for a chef’s tasting menu in the US and the tasting menu at Sauvage would give them pretty stiff competition. We did “The Hunter” menu and added the two supplemental dishes. It was the perfect amount of food and each dish was a delicious work of art. Don’t let the price deter you…it’s reasonable for what you get and worth every penny. I highly recommend them!

Sauvage is a one off unique experience worth the splurge for anyone in the area or visiting. The curators of the food and drink menus bring an exceptional conscientiousness to what they are offering. The staff is very passionate with the creations they get to present. Highly recommend adding the wine pairing. Very intrigued to see what they can create season to season.

Absolutely amazing dining experience! The food was like nothing we had ever tasted before, the flavour profiles were unbelievable! Complete 5/5 experience. I’m both gluten free and vegetarian and the kitchen accommodated this no problem, the best gluten free food I’ve tasted! My husband had the meat tasting menu and said his was exceptional too.

One of the best meals I’ve had in years. Delicate, beautiful presentation, and every course was absolutely delicious. Service was friendly, and the juice pairing with a nice surprise as an option with the meals.

Everything from the beginning to the end was amazing. Our waitress (lady with the accent) was outstanding. I didn’t get her name. Would come back when we are in the area again. Thank you

Wonderful place for a special dinner that makes you savour every bite. Lucas did a great job walking us through the menu and provided great service. The food was simply exquisite!

Carefully prepared dishes locally sourced. Didn’t have space indoors so blankets we used outdoors. A little pricey but expected for quality.
