It was the first time my campanion had been to a Hibachi Grill resturant. He really enjoyed it! We had reservations for PM, but had to wait until about for a hibachi chef to be available for our table. While we waited, the service for our soup, salad and drinks was very quick and efficent. (The woman did take my campanion's soup away before he could say he wasn't finished with it, she was so quick Our waitress came back several times to insure things were OK. The chicken and scallops and steak were all cooked perfectly. We felt the prices were reasonable with everything that came with the hibachi options. We enjoyed the time there and look forward to going back again.
We were there on Valentine's Day. We arrived for a reservation and were told that it would be minutes more because the people at our table were just finishing up. We waited at the bar for minutes and I went back to check. A different hostess told me that it would be minutes more because the people at our table were just finishing up. After another minutes, we gave up and ate at the bar During all of this, I called up Open Table and saw that Sawa was still taking reservations minutes in advance. Clearly, they just overbook and try to wing it as it comes The sushi was good and the bartender was friendly
Busy night at hibachi table. Our child spilled a cup of water on the floor. Owner/manager( came and spent a few minutes to clean it up and a few more to complain to my wife that he was too busy for this. Typical upsell-order-more tactics too. Classless. Food just ok, so don't bother.
I am Sawaâs customer since the opening. Over years restaurant keeps consistent, great food and the excellent service. We always look forward to Emmaâs recommendations and great care she takes of our party.

Came here with a large group for a special occasion and the service was great! We brought a cake and they were able to give us plates and a knife to cut the cake with. Waitress and hibachi chefs were great.
Everyone's food was very good. Only complaint I had was the Thai wings were extremely salty. (Could have been me that night but it was the first time we tried them so not sure if it is the norm
The food was great once our chef finally came. It took nearly two hours for him to come because the restaurant was overbooked. We were also chilly, I think there was air blowing on us.
If you're looking for Hibachi in this are, this is a must try food ambiance, and service are excellent.

We enjoyed the food, but the service is pretty slow. The server was polite, just super slow.
