Perfect food with friendly service. I’m not sure what more you want from our neighbourhood Thai restaurant. The staff there are unbelievably friendly and helpful, the food is fresh and delicious and the atmosphere is warm and casual. I have been there with my girlfriend...for a Romantic dinner and it was perfect. I’ve also been there with some friends for a casual group dinner and we had a lot of fun.
We ate in this establishment on Saturday December.We had a sharing menu for two.Starters which was (satay chicken and fried vegetables and tempura prawns and main was Thai green curry and pork Ga prao.The starters were too greasy and very bland and the review...was not looking good but OMG when we had the main it was absolutely perfect flavoursome tasty spicy.
Sawadee thai Restaurant on the main high street of Kemptown min walk from Station Very friendly staff , recommended a nice rose wine. Plenty of choices on menu. starters and mains came prompt and were well presented and very tasty.. Fair prices also....Would def recommend.
Really impressive meal. Lots of flavours and Danny the guy who served was a lovely guy. The setting is just really nice. Music just right tables set beautifully but not too much. Just sits great with Kemptown chic. Would definitely recommend. Réservez une table maintenant
Sawadee has a pleasant decor and feel to it. It draws you in from the street. You are then made to feel very welcome with good service and lovely food. We love Thai food and this was good stuff. We started with Thai fish cakes (below left).

Really delicious , tasty food. If you like healthy Thai food you will love this place. Great food and friendly staff with good service. We always go here when in Brighton
