I 'm grateful to have eaten in some amazing restaurants over the years...but I would include my evening at Sazon on a very, very short list of near perfect dining experiences. The service was impeccable, the presentation was precise I particularly enjoyed the tasting flight of mole sauces to start both as a way to inform your order but also to display the range of flavor, ingredient choice, and pairing possibilities from the chef 's signature sauce style. Sazon exceeds expectations with its innovative and incredibly tasty food. The service is superb and the cocktails are intriguing. The variety of flavors and textures is exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Absolutely one of the finest restaurants anywhere. The chef’s signature poblano chile with crab and whipped cream is amazing. All 5 of his mole’s are exceptional. Service is great Chef Fernando is warm and gracious
Ate at the bar which was much quieter than expected. Bar staff were outstanding and the meal was incredible. Highly recommend the New Mexico mole and the Carajillo.

Ambiance scored lower bc of waiting in line for bathroom and the expensive painting behind chairs made us uncomfortable in that we were afraid we’d hit them.
Absolutely every single bite was delicious! We met the chef and he was so humble and gracious! Wonderful way to celebrate my birthday!
