Unfortunately the manager that works at this location her name is Fatima has got to be one of the least competent human beings that has ever managed a small business . It's very difficult to understand why they promote these people that are incredibly incompetent cannot perform their jobs cannot communicate with customers do not speak English very well. Had a pickup order and was sent to the end of the line and waited over 30 minutes to be told I was right where I first tried to pick it up. The girl and the register was rude( I didn’t catch her name) and when I told the manager Darryl she didn’t care and was also rude. Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after my order was confirmed. Horrible customer service and horrible experience!Parking: No parking. Parking lot packed
They never have things ready when they open. I love buying the whole stuffed pepperoni and sausage pizza but they say it takes an hour to have it ready and they will not let me order it over the phone. I always ordered this pizza before and it was never a problem until recently. What a shame.
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The delivery orders were consistently late, and the staff showed a lack of concern for them. Even when I brought it up, one of the employees just ignored my request. The work ethic here is poor and feels very unprofessional.

The girls serving the food were quite rude and need to improve their attitude toward customers. Both of them were unfriendly when we simply asked about the food. The service was poor, and they spent their time gossiping with each other instead of focusing on their job.
I love the huge slices of pizza at Sbarro! It's always a treat to grab a slice while at the mall. Their delivery of breadsticks and pizza is also great!
Sbarro offers decent food with generously sized slices. The menu includes free refills on drinks, making it a great value.
This pizza is the best compared to all the others! The spinach stromboli is amazing!
