Since I’ve never seen this place without a line, I started with a cinnamon bun as an appetizer. My mom commented that my sandwich was enormous, but she had what amounted to two open-faced sandwiches, so I’m not sure her opinion counts, lol. I ended up bringing half of my sandwich home. I never would have thought to put cream cheese on eggs, but it was surprisingly delicious! Now I understand why there’s almost always a line here. One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time. The food was just OK (egg benedict and ham sandwich) and the service was awful. The prices are legitimately outrageous. I ate everything because there were only two eggs for $17. It took about 10 minutes for the hostess to actually come back to the stand and seat us while we were waiting outside in the heat. Our waitress asked us if we wanted to have a refill for our water instead of just doing it. It took a long time to get the bill as well. Food: 2 Service: 1

We visited the restaurant today on a recommendation of another friend. The atmosphere had a friendly at home feeling and totally welcoming.Our server Michael was amazing! Excellent job suggesting the foods and options. He was attentive, friendly and personable. The other co workers had a great attitude as well! Very accommodating.The food!!! Delicious! The drinks!!!! I had been wanting to visit this restaurant for quite some time, but because of its popularity, I doubted the wait would be worth it. Finally, I decided to go, and as soon as I walked in, I found a spot at the bar right away! To sum it up, the blueberry pancakes were absolutely delicious, and the cheese grits were equally fantastic. The service was excellent as well. I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely fantastic! The food is incredible, and the service is outstanding! It's the best brunch spot in Richmond! I highly recommend SB Love Shack!
