this family-run hotel is very small, the restaurant where the breakfast is served has only about eight tables. when we came into the room, three tables were occupied, we took one of the free tables. a young man, obviously a member of the working family, not to leave the service. he gave me coffee after confirming his question in this sight, madame served with teessacks and hot water from a samowar. the bread selection was good, with several sorts including various chalk rolls. the cut was of course not overly luxurious, but qualitatiw and tastefully good, so for example there was also sausage from the region. Comme tout bon restaurant, ils ont un menu limité avec de la nourriture de haute qualité. Cuisine européenne avec de la bonne viande et des sauces savoureuses. Pas particulièrement créatif ou prêt à l'emploi mais de haute qualité. Le service était sympathique et proactif. Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel et avons eu le luxe de dîner au restaurant pendant les deux années que nous avons passées à Celle. Le chef exécutif Martin Ekl utilise des produits frais de saison pour ses créations, afin que les convives puissent chercher ce qu'il y a de mieux à offrir en ... saison. Stayed 3 nights for business. The hotel is very clean and quite. The staff are very very helpful and professional. The rooms are very nice compared to other 3 stars hotels.. Enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel for solo-travelers

it is a nice room and affordable price. the staff can speak English and helpful. I just only stay one night but if I could manage my schedule, I would stay more days.

Nice family owned hotel, the service is in top and lovely rooms and wonderful garden you can enjoy in good weather, the food is fantastic recommended

The waiter was really helpful, he spoke good English. The food was really good and I really would reccommend it.
