Come here for the smash burger, beer, and the scene. I've been coming here for years to enjoy the outdoor dining and live music. Service is consistent and attentive. Don't fool yourself into thinking that you can get a healthy meal. Just get a beer and a burger and then this place is perfect. I love the hazy IPA's. They actually had two on tap from which to choose. Cute gift shop with t-shirts and trucker hats to advertise this music friendly community oriented local brewer. Definitely recommend and will return. I don't recommend the pretzel stick appetizer. It was an indulgence and lacked flavor. The smash burger, however, was fantastic.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is top-notch. However, the noise level is excessively loud, which I find to be more overwhelming than energetic. I recommend adding soft surfaces throughout the space to help absorb some of the noise.
Appetizer was small and overpriced. But sitting outdoors was a great experience. Waitress was helpful. I ordered 2 additional orders of fries and they were brought to me quickly. I was able to talk with a friend without being rushed to leave.
Schlafly’s had its dining section closed on a busy Friday. Maybe a staffing issue? The bar area and patio area were extremely loud. TGIF! We’re older and had to leave. Very disappointing, sorry. Please think about ALL your patrons.

The staff is rude and un inviting. I would've bought several more drinks and food had our tues trivia night bartender ask if we wanted anything when he took our EMPTY glasses.... I thought this was a bar??
This place is the definition of mediocre. Mediocre beer, mediocre food and mediocre service. We visited two different Schlafly locations during our visit to St. Louis and both were equally disappointing.
We have given Schlaflys in Maplewood several tries, but the food and service keep getting worse. It used to be our go-to, when we lived here several years ago.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The pretzel appetizer was exceptional and the burgers were big and juicy.
