Schlafly Bottleworks

I enjoyed the flavors of the cheese beer soup I ordered. We had a terrific waiter. I think I would have like it more if the soup was served with a slice of their homemade bread. I was disappointed in the fried cheese bites. I had in my mind that it would be like fried cheese curds, but these were made from a hot cheese like pepper Jack. We tried the toffee pudding for desert. Very large serving with good flavor.

Appetizer was small and overpriced. But sitting outdoors was a great experience. Waitress was helpful. I ordered 2 additional orders of fries and they were brought to me quickly. I was able to talk with a friend without being rushed to leave.

Wow!I really enjoyed this brewery. Very nice patio area w/heaters. Spacious, clean bar area plenty of seating. My burgerwas tender, juicy thick. Plenty of delicious beer to choose from. Definitely pleased w/my experience here.
