I have reservations about Open Table for Saturday 19:00. At 18:50 a.m., the result was not known despite confirmation email. Therefore we had to take place (3 adults and 1 child) in the beer garden. The menus were served without waiting time and the drinks were taken up. It did not take 10 minutes until the drinks were taken and the food order was received. Only until food was taken about 2 hours. The food was very good. The waiter was very accommodating and striving. He apologized several times and sincerely for the waiting period. Owner-run hotel restaurant, online booking at Schlossstube did not work on the same day despite telephone consultation. Then had table in the next room (ok). Eat very well, service “stets try”. As a guest of the night, I wouldn't go out.

Best German restaurant I found in Kaiserslautern! The greeting was warm, the meal was fantastic and we will definitely be back, as well as recommend all our friends.
