The young girl at the window with brown hair and eyes is rude. She will just stare with her mouth open looking annoyed to be at her job. I get that the service industry isn't great but if someone is being nice and telling you to have a nice day the least you can do is reply instead of looking confused and mad at the same time.

The food here is fantastic, and the staff is truly exceptional! They always make me feel at ease and are incredibly friendly and welcoming. As for vegetarian options, I have some health concerns that make vegan food my only choice at the moment, and I’m really grateful that they offer such delicious options!

The pizza was cold and undercooked. I decided to order a sandwich instead, which was better, but I still don’t think I’ll return. This place is definitely overpriced for such a mediocre experience.

Just the reason I come to Schlotzky for the hot sauce. Put my order and ask for hot sauce then after the payment I am informed they are out. Smh

I can't set a 5* atmosphere because I use the thru drive. Quickly out the window and delicious! Food: 5/5
