It's hard to figure out what this place is going for, stylistically - they have padded chairs and tables and food is delivered to the table, but you order at a fast food frontage with staff who don't know anything about the product they're selling. Sauces cost extra in little plastic containers (most are $1, which seems excessive), and the salads are also in plastic but the coleslaw was fresh and crunchy. The food takes its time, but it's nice to have a freshly cooked schnitzel so it depends on your rush. Would recommend getting an extra schnitzel if you're hungry!
I have only been to this restaurant on weekends, but the staff is always incredibly pleasant. I am impressed by how the young men working there manage to stay happy, smiley, and friendly even when it gets really busy. Their schnitzels are delicious, and I was happy to see that they offer Pepsi Max as well. As far as I know, they are one of the only places in the mall that serves Pepsi Max to go along with your schnitzel.
Tried this on a whim for lunch with the family. Very tasty and filling burgers. Kid's meals were ok (we got half a Schnitz on a stick) but not filling. More novelty than a meal. Orders came out very quickly from the take away division. Will be trying the restaurant next time and see if the meals are a bit more "chunkier" than the take away versions.
Great food, good price!Best food outlet in Belco food court area.Staff are mostly happy and fast working that take pride in their work cooking and presenting the food.This franchise will go far!Treat yourself and grab some of their delicious fries. Better tasting chicken than from a Colonel and the burger joint owned by a clown and run by kids.

I've only ever eaten at the Belconnen store and I always order the same thing but so far I can't fault it.The chips are amazing! I'd go so far as to say the best coochips I'd ever had.The burgers are great too.It's my go to place to eat when I go to the mall. It's not the cheapest but it's definitely the best.
Once again, the polite and cheerful customer service and speedy made-to-order preparation experience was fantastic. I chose the 'Swiss Schnitz Wrap' and was delighted that it had the same "WOW" factor as before. I definitely recommend Schnitz for excellent food and awesome service at a very reasonable price.
After browsing the mall, I decided to try Schnitz for a meal. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the burger was and the chips were also fantastic! I will definitely be back and willing to wait in line for it next time.
The food is what you expect for a schnitzel place but the service is spectacular. The workers are friendly, happy and up for a laugh. It is nice going there just to support any business that hires such nice guys.

how can you go wrong with a chicken schnitty with chips salad and a drink for under $20. good schnitzels too not this fake processed stuff. real chicken breast and awesome wedges
Always order beef schnitzels. Fast friendly service and great beef schnitzels. Would recommend it to people as well as the Woden store.
