I tried one of the chicken burgers and the lady at the counter said its not a burger. But when it came it it was a piece of chicken and 2 buns so I'm pretty sure it's a burger. they have no selection of food. And man did that burger taste horrible, none of the ingredients work together. Got charged something ridiculous 22 dollars for a burger chips and drink. Not going to shnitz again. Would rather eat McDonald's than this over priced and bad tasting food.
Expensive for a lunch meal. It cost $20 for my daughter to have a wrap, drink and chips. I don't think she was overly impressed with the wrap but the chips were really nice. It's not somewhere I would choose to go for lunch as Melbourne has plenty of restaurants on offer that provide a better meal for a better price, if you have the time
Dont believe everything you see in the pictures on the website. The schnitzel was dry and woefully small, served in a box with plastic cutlery that was definitely not up to the challenge, with a dollop of salad. Far better to save your money and go for a pub schnitzel elsewhere. Looked forward so much to something that gave so little.
We had some schnitzel wraps and chips from Schnitz and they were absolutely delicious! I wouldn't class this as a restaurant by any means but it's a great alternative to your every day takeaway's/fast foods. Réservez une table maintenant
Schnitz is the place to go when you just want a tasty meal at a reasonable price. The shop at spencer street is in a good position as it's handy for travellers who are waiting for either a train or bus.
Stopped here for a quick lunch before heading to the sky bus. Had the chicken parma plus chips.. Both were delicious.. Loved the seasoning on the chips. Seating area available at the back.
We dropped in for a quick snack and it was pretty good. Just had a basic chicken snitz salad and chips. Service very good meals came out quite fast. Well worth a quick visit.
The Schmitz was cold, waited 25 min , the food didn't represent anything like their promotional menu looked. The staff were more focused on closing the shop than serving. Réservez une table maintenant
