nous nous sommes arrêtés avant de prendre l'autoroute de retour de Lauterbad, on nous a remis une carte style brasserie et une carte spéciale 'asperges' vu la saison, nous avons opté pour la carte asperges et quel fut notre surprise de voir arriver nos assiettes , les morceaux de viande étaient impeccables, steak et escalope panée, l'accompagnement était constitué d'une crêpe aux herbes et d'une BOTTE d'asperges blanches par personnes accompagnées d'une sauce mousseline, un régal
