My boyfriend and I frequent the diner and this past Sunday might have been our last. We each ordered an omelet, our home fries well done, and toast. When our plates came out, the home fries were slightly crispy on the outside but were the consistency of mashed potatoes on the inside. My omelet was undercooked and our toast was buttered as if they iced a cake. The waitress came over to check on us and I showed her my food to which she said yea that is definitely undercooked. We have new cooks while the others are away on vacation. So she took my meal back as well as our home fries. When she returned, my omelet was still not cooked through and our home fries really weren 't all that well done...
When I got up for the second time to inquire about our waiter, I mentioned to the other server that cutting me off the first time was rude. The manager or person at the entrance didn't seem to care; I felt like I was talking to a wall. Eventually, my family and I decided to leave. Once we got to the car, a family member told me that one of the waiters called me annoying. I guess if expressing frustration after waiting over 20 minutes makes me annoying, then so be it. I think anyone would feel the same way.
I keep trying to come back as a regular customer again, however the food stops me every time. Great people please send the chef for a refresher course! I mean how can mashed potatoes not be delicious? Yuk! ?
The atmosphere felt a bit gloomy. The food was decent, but considering the simplicity of the dish I ordered—a plain omelet—it seemed somewhat lacking.

The place is very out dated and the food had no taste. I ordered french toast and eggs how can you mess that up.But my server. Was nice.
Been here since I was a little kid. Food was fresh and delicious and my parents were very happy, which is a difficult thing to do
