"You have my favorite vegan pizza. Your gluten-free crust is also delicious. I commanded a “vegan confidence” and was never disappointed. I was warned some of the employees did not realize that Feta is milk, though!"

We had learned about this incredible restaurant from a networking contact in Greenville SC and knew that we would have to give it a try while on our New Years visit with friends in WV on the way home to SC. The restaurant is right off the highway in TN, off I26. Called in a pie on New Year’s Day for a planned pit stop to go. Ordered a Trust Pizza to get the full experience (random toppings). Food was promptly ready but the employees were quite excited to have a ‘tourist’ visit, even let us take pictures with their oven!! Staff were so friendly and super enjoyable to be around, felt like family. The restaurant is an absolutely incredible environment with awesome artwork and music records you can pick to play. The pizza was so darn good we are already planning our next trip up (100 miles lol). All 3 delicious sauces, homemade meats and fresh veggies on topping. my wife and I inhaled this pizza completely. Awesome business model and truly the American dream at its finest. A must visit and you too will become a believer.

My daughter, wife and I ate there for dinner. It is a relaxed, relaxed food in a converted house. You have added a really cool wood stove and the result produces some really delicious pizza cakes for us. My daughter had the cheese pizza and she loved it; she ate most of the only portion of cakes to take only one piece home. My wife and I shared trust. This is a cake that has different areas of taste. They use three different sauces in different areas of pizza and then add ingredients to each region to have a different taste. It was very, very tasty. Unique and it works. Almost every piece is a unique tasting feeling to enjoy. We loved it and we'll be back. Note that they don't serve any alcohol there.

This pizza connection has the opportunity to make the pizza of your dreams or your nightmares. Being vegan, finding a good pizza place is a must. I like to buy from a restaurant, which I can't do better myself. Scratch Brick has some GREAT employees who know how to make a vegan pizza, and they unfortunately have a lot of sales, so if you land unhappy enough to make someone new your pizza without cheese, you end up with dry, lack of blows, whether HOW MANY TIMES I tell them exactly what I want. It's too bad because I ordered from here every week. Make sure you leave your pizza BEFORE you go and if you are not happy with it, ask for the manager and leave it back.

Omg I haven't had pizza this good in many years!!! We were shown the brick oven and the menu was explained very well. I love the idea of being able to order on specific sheets for the different styles and types of pizza. My daughter loved the pick your own record area. This building looks like a house so be aware you might miss it from the roads.
