Located in the storefronts that were devastated by the storm in Sea Bright, NJ, Sea Bright Fish Company has a relaxed atmosphere, with the owners and their family working as the staff. While the place may not look fancy, let me emphasize that the food is truly outstanding. You won't find elaborate, tiny presentations here—no minuscule strips of fish adorned with sprouts precariously placed on a grape tomato. Instead, you can expect deliciously prepared seafood served in generous portions, with whole fillets of your chosen fish.
The stuffed clams are the best I've had in 30 years (and they actually contain real clams!). The scallops are as sweet as candy, and the shrimp are firm—not injected...
The menu offers an excellent selection of food. I tried the fish tacos, and they were among the best I've ever had—very fresh and flavorful. My husband and I shared the calamari fries, which were fantastic. He thoroughly enjoyed his fish and chips sandwich as well. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable for fresh seafood. The staff were extremely friendly. We will definitely return!
We recently visited this wonderful restaurant with relatives visiting from Colorado! It was a great choice-excellent clam chowder, scallops, shrimp, and LOBSTER! Great food and to be served by great people-Paul Diomede and his sister Kim. Paul came and visited with each table-sign of a great chef! Give it a try you will not be disappointed (BYOB but liquor store right next door).
Amazing food excellent service. I'm a firm believer that attitude is everything when it comes to running a business and the men and women at The Sea Brite Fish Co. Truly care about customer satisfaction. They were very accommodating and respectful. Not to mention the food was unbelievable. Attention all readers!! Give yourselves a break and try this place. We brought the family out for dinner tonight and found something for everyone—delicious options for both seafood enthusiasts and those who prefer land-based dishes. Stopped in today for a light dinner! Is now my new favorite local place! Luckily I can walk Kim displayed wonderful customer service, very friendly atmosphere! The mushroom and garlic salad was absolutely amazing! Wished I bought more and her tuna was perfection- not heavy at all and a bit citrusy! Can't wait to dine there! A must try
Excellent food. The prices are right. We also opted to grab fresh shrimp and lobster tails to take home and cook ourselves and the prices were very good.
Stopped in, with the wife, last Sunday evening for a quick dinner. Good fseaood at good prices, with friendly service!
