Don't be fooled by appearances; while this place seems like a classic dim sum spot, especially with all the senior patrons in the morning, much of the dim sum is fried and not fresh. The broth in the kanji was watery, and the dim sum itself had a rather bland taste—definitely a letdown. On the bright side, the pictures turned out great!
One of my friends took me here 10 yrs when I first landed. Everything is the same after 10 yrs, foods are delicious, waiters are polite and considerate, mood is still high, friends are warmhearted. Precious memories here.
We mostly had Dim Sum, and all my sisters really enjoyed it. I thought it was okay; it's quite healthy and has a different flavor compared to other restaurants.

Food was okay, service good enough, price a big high, especially when there are so many other dim sum places in the San Fernando Valley.
Food quality is above average. Everything else is just average. At this price level, there are better choices in the neighborhood.
Not sure where in the world I was, but it was very easy getting here from Orange County on the freeway. The food was awesome.
