wow! I had a great time in this restaurant. I enjoyed brunch on a Saturday with some family members to celebrate my mother's day. they allowed us to choose between a table or a combin table that uses beautiful cole glass - great for the photos! I took my 1 year old son and he also had a good time. it is a large open space, so when he got restless, I walked him at the marina and showed that all the boats were set. there was a big party with young children and that made me feel more comfortable when I mean sohn there. that is a very nice but casual restaurant. We came here after the Chiefs/Chargers game and had fantastic food and great service. I cannot remember the server’s name but he was outstanding! The tuna on crispy rice was fantastic better than I’ve had at many sushi bars! I will return just for the food. Cheeseburger was also delicious.
Our waiter was not very experienced. Asked me 3 times to repeat my order. Forgot completely about our appetizer and came after our meal. Had to serve our own champagne, as he was busy talking to other employees. Note: is wasn’t very busy so we couldn’t understand.
Always a pleasure to go to Shade for Happy Hour. Service, food and drinks are good and the workers are friendly. Not to mention, sitting along the water. Everyone I bring there likes it and would like to go back.

I have come to this restaurant ever since it opened and the food has gotten worse each time I’ve come. The service was horrible, the portions were small and I won’t be returning.
I really appreciate the new protocols to protect customers. the food was delicious as always, and the service was friendly and welcoming and the ambiente could not be beaten.
