Staff was rushing us. 5 minutes after serving appetizers they brought the main entrees. No care in the world we were still trying to enjoy appetizers. Another 5 minutes after that the waiter told us the kitchen was closing and we had to order deserts now. We barely got a few bites from the main entrees and they were expecting us to make desert orders. The desert we like is the molten lava cake. The ice cream would have melted and the chocolate cake would of cooled down if we ordered it and let it sit while we were still eating entrees. So we passed on desert. The service has gone down the toilet at this place. They are more concerned with closing the kitchen early than providing a good dinin...
Sea Thai was always one of my favorite restaurants, but the food was different this time. I thought they had a new cook. We ordered the drunk noodles and the fireworks. The drunk noodles lacked the spiciness I was used to, and the fire cracker shrimps generally lacked. Maybe it took more sauce, I'm not sure. That was a bummer, but it won't stop me from coming back.
Thai food here is great and the service is impeccable. Your outdoor dining area has heaters to bring our dog. We had pad Thai noodles, chicken, satay, fried rice and beef and broccoli. All these dishes were delicious. You can order one of their craft cocktails, or whatever your own choice is. You also have a wine list and beer available.
Although the food is good, there is no consistency less chicken or seafood in the dishes then fine before it otherwise served from time to time leaving things to ask. You have to pay attention carefully, not reliable. It is expensive, especially seafood with small portions. Not what it was before!

Our server was energetic and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was very good; however the chicken basil was over spiced which was not described as spicy on the menu.
This is the first time we had a female bartender at this restaurant and she was fantastic. She was efficient and speedy. I hope she is there next time.

Have lived in Sonoma County for over 30 years. 1st visit to Sea Thai. Why did we wait so long? I highly recommend!
