This is the best chip shop I've ever been to in Britain. My partner and I used to live right across from it, but after moving away, we now travel 250 miles to visit. The fish bites are absolutely to die for. I can't express how happy we are to have found this place. The owners are incredibly friendly and remember everything about me, even though I haven’t been there in months. I cannot recommend this place highly enough; the food is amazing and it feels just like home whenever I visit.
Travelled from London to visit the wife 's family. Like Scotland, Yorkshire 's Fish Chip shops remove the skin from their fish before frying. The Sea Urchin is another Yorkshire fish and chip shop that serves amazing Fish Chips. The two female staff members who were serving when I visited were helpful, polite and chatted away. Will definitely return when we are next up seeing the Family. Highly recommended
Tried Sea Urchin a few times now as my usual fish shop is too greasy these days.. Every time they've been a decent meal! Never too greasy which is great for me and the fact you can call to order is great as you arrive and never wait too long. Staff are friendly. New regular fish shop!
I had a delightful experience with the fish and chips at this restaurant. The fish was plentiful and cooked to perfection. The place was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly! I can't go wrong choosing to eat here! Réservez une table maintenant
Been going in Sea Urchin for years never fails to supply great tasting Fish and chips i had a massive fish buttie today absolutely gorgeous hit the spot well done lasses keep up the good work
This is the one and only Chippy we use, tried them all within a 5 mile radius , they are the best by far,quality, portions and value for money
The dish presentation is lovely, but it feels a bit excessive. Make sure to enjoy it with someone who appreciates a good pinch of chips!
