This placed used to have amazing seafood especially for the price. However this seafood spot has gone totally down. Firstly I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive my food. When I called to place my order I was informed that my food would be ready in 45 minutes. When I got there 45 minutes later the person working the register said he didn't remember me placing the order and asked me was I in the right place. Then I was informed that my order was not ready because they needed to defrost the lobster which would be another 20 minutes and an additional 20 minutes to cook. I agreed to wait. I've been looking for a good affordable seafood place for several years, and this place is my go to now. Staff was great, food was fantastic, and they were quick to get my order done. When I got home, there was a lot more food than I was expecting my husband and I ended out splitting up just one of the dinners, and we were full! So much great flavor with the garlic and seasoning. We had the lobster, snow crab, shrimp, and sausage. It also came with potatoes, corn, and garlic bread. Bad service: I ordered my food separately and they Decided to put it all together if I wanted to gather I would ordered it to gather it was cheaper and when I realised that once I got to my car I went back in to tell them that I didn't ordered my food that way and Dangi with dreads act like he was the Manger had bad customer service skills so I will take my money elsewhere the owner need to be informed that his employees do what they want to do with no signs Indicating that they will put the order together, but wait they put it the way they want to not how you ordered it .
I ordered a family meal of lobster and snow crab but received only individual breadcrumbs and shrimp flour. The meal cost $135.99 and when I tried calling to resolve the issue, they did not answer the phone. This restaurant serves a delicious snow crab cluster that is full of flavor. It is affordable and the butter and spices add a savory taste. I highly recommend it, although the crawfish may be a bit bland on its own. Mixing it with the delicious butter and grit creates a satisfying crunch.
