Seasons 52 has gone down as a brand within the last decade but it’s still better than the other brands in the Darden restaurant group. I dined here on Thursday evening for an early corporate dinner (group size 15-18). Service was fine until entrees came. They mixed up the orders. Some people in our group ordered regular steaks, while others ordered surf and turf. The turfs missing the surf received our lobster tails on the side. We have not been here for 4 years. It seemed to decline in food and service. We just happened to drive by on way to Naperville. Last night, and kudos to Crystal, our server we had a perfect meal. The wines were good.The grilled shrimp atop the creamed spinach and mushrooms were excellent appetizer. Crystal suggested the rainbow trout over my 2 options. It was perfectly done with roasted brocalini and tasty small potatoes. My wife went from her usual raw tuna salad to the steak salad. It had a little char and medium roast. We had early dinner reservations for early Sunday evening, we arrived a bit early and were able to be seated right away. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak flatbread, the roasted artichoke hummus as appetizers. The presentation was beautiful and they both tasted great! The timing of the meals being delivered was perfect. I ordered the Chilean sea bass, it was first time I had sea bass and I will definitely come back to Seasons 52 for it! Save room for desserts! We absolutely love the menu choices. Everything we ordered was delicious and the drinks were fantastic as well. Would highly recommended the tenderloin salad and any of the flatbreads. Would also recommend the wine flight which is a great way to try some nice wines at a reasonable price.
