It feels like a mom and pop shop and the father son duo who run it have always been super friendly. I crave their Baked Eggplant. Their Classic Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup is so comforting. Updated APR2018 Very authentic Taiwanese restaurant. It is a small shop located on the side of the river in the plaza. The restaurant might look old and a little dirty but foods are amazing. Limited seatings so you might share a table with someone if you go alone. The noodles was on point. Broth was tasteful and beef was nicely marinated. They have a home made hot sauce on the table that is spicy and aromatic. Only one scoop of that will be sufficient to add spiciness to your food. Their smoked duck and chicken are tasteful. First time here! And it was so delicious! Place is small so be prepared to wait if it's full, but catch it at a good time and seating/wait time can be pretty seamless. Wasn't really told about the spice levels here so we did order spicy w/o knowing we could make it different levels, but other than that so good!
Great service, fresh and tasty dumplings and veggies. Second time at K C Kitchen Inc when I visit from HI. Dessert buns are yummy, especially sesame bun. Honolulu location clean and trendy. Parking lot available at this location. Will always come back when I'm in town.

We ordered the pan roasted dumplings and spicy garlic spots. Both were delicious! They made them fresh when we arrived. It is definitely a hole in the wall mom pop shop though.
I totally enjoyed the meals there every time. My absolute favorites are garlic shrimp and vegetarian chicken, vegetarian duck and the rice noodle since I'm a pescatarian.
I had a great time sitting here and savoring a delicious dish of tofu with kimchi. It’s a warm and inviting place to relax and enjoy a meal.
Omg dumpling so good !! They even sell frozen dumplings. Too bad we don’t live here. Otherwise we would have got some of to go

The smoked chicken was full of flavor and really jucy, the pot stickers were really fresh as well
