these youngs are a fred! they take their reservation on Booking.com and then completely change when they reach. we have booked 2 rooms for 2 adults, each 80 eur, breakfast included. when we reached the hotel, they called a dame that came with their car and then drove us into another building with an apartment approx. 2 km away. here they gave us an apartment for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. they expected two adults to sleep in bunk beds! how do we fit? during the drive to the apartment the lift remained on the way to the 3rd floor. we needed a lift or room on the ground floor/first floor because my wife is pregnant. we have even mentioned this in our notes on Booking.com. also, to th...
These guys are a FRAUD! They take your reservation on Booking.com and then totally change it when you reach. We booked rooms for adults, for EUR each, breakfast included. When we reached the hotel, they phoned some lady who came with her...car and then drove us to another building with an apartment about kilometres away. Here they gave us one apartment meant for a family of adults and children. They expected two adults to sleep in bunk beds! How are we to fit in that? since we have chosen in the hotel, which is not close to other restaurants, we have chosen here. during the service is similar to that of the hotel, not very good. eating and the atmosphere is very nice. a word of warning, you have to eat early. the employees don't seem to want to work too late. an Itlan pair came 15mins before the restaurant should be closed, and they were told that they had only one main course and were hastened by their meal.
