"The hotel owner Udo Grundmann is also a very experienced cook. Also worked in Michelin restaurants. He leads the hotel and the restaurant. In the evening there is usually a set menu with some courses, but you can also choose the normal menu. Mr. Grundmann is pleased with your wishes. No problem- No problem is his motto. My wife had a toast Hawaii, outside the menu, that was wonderful. All fruits were also heated. Something new for us. The service is good and fast. Note that if you are not a hotel guest or half board, you should reserve a table in advance."
