Bistro zum See - Réservation de table

Having a break at Titisee, we did choose to visit at least a restaurant over there. We did not know that Titisee is very popular and Touristic. It means a lot of souvenir shops, and a lot of fast-foods. It does seem difficult to find a gastronomic restaurant here...We did choose Bistro zum See as the menu does not seem flooded with fried potatoes.Hosts are sympathic, friendly and smily.We did choose Schnitzel with asparagus and sauce hollandaise and not fried potatoes, sparkling water, 2 pieces of cake (Schwarzwald one) and 2 cappuccinos. Had my first meal in the Titisee-Neustadt region at this place. Titisee is strangely touristy and this restaurant is situated allong what feels like a "main street". The food is good and the staff is very friendly and speaks good English if that is of concern. The only drawback might be that it felt a little pricy, but on the other hand this is that type of neighborhood and if that is of no concern give it a go. Of course I think it is worht the while anyway so at least check it out...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auf der Karte findet jeder was. Ich hatte die Maultaschen mit Kartoffelsalat. Die Maultaschen waren gut, der Kartoffelsalat hat geschmeckt und ausgesehen, wie wenn er aus dem großen Fertigprodukteimer kommt. Zur "Deko" gabs noch verschiedene Salatblätter. Die waren allerdings eher lahm und mit braunen Enden. Man muss halt wissen bzw. beachten, dass es ein Bistro ist und kein Restaurant.

Very busy place just at the water's edge at Lake Titisee. Specializing in cakes that are typical of the region, especially Black Forest gateau, berry and apple tarts and cheesecakes. A relaxing pitstop in the heart of the hustle and bustle of this touristic region.

Petit bistrot sympa de la place, magnifique terrasse bien que la vue sur le lac soit en fait limitée. Accueil et service correct. Nous avons uniquement bu le café mais la carte avait l'air d'offrir des mets typiques de la région, notamment la tarte Forêt noire.

Llegamos tarden a Titisee y nos dieron de comer sin objetar ningún problema. El servicio fue muy amable y simpático con mi familia. Los platos típicos que pedimos estaban espectaculares y la cerveza bien servida.

We ordered pork shoulder and gypsy schnitzel, the service was very quick.Food is good, gypsy schnitzel is juicy. We did enjoy the dinner

Mit den Glasscheiben sieht das Bistro zuerst nicht sehr einladend aus. Der Service ist jedoch freundlich, speditiv und das Essen gut.
