Restaurantbesuch, um Plätze zu ergattern ohne Reservation war schon ein Abenteuer! Service nicht vom fach, bediente immer die „mehrbesseren“ zuerst obwohl wir auch noch durst hatten. Essen war gut nur die Preise sind ja Wucher, zum Wienerschnitzel gehören Pommes welche noch mal extra gekostet haben. Als wir nach dem Rechnungsbeleg gefragt haben kam ein jammern das gehe mindesten 5 Minuten weil er einfach keine lust hatte! Auf der gesplitteten Rechnung sahen wir dann auch das er falsch abgerechnet hatte! Fazit: wäre ein super Restaurant, wenn man alle gleich behandeln würde und Fachleute einstellen würde welches auch drauskommt!
We went to Badi for lunch. You don't have to pay entry if you just want to eat. The service was very good and attentive (there weren't very many guests there). Food came very quickly and it was delicious too. Still nothing out of the ordinary. Unfortunately the vegi burger was not available. The beef and chicken skewers were well seasoned. The avocado with the vegetable vinaigrette is delicious and the falafel is not dry. Even though the ambience is fantastic, I think the prices are very high. A chicken skewer with sweet potato and sour cream (unfortunately not lactose-free) plus water for just under CHF 35 is a proud price.
Visiting a restaurant to get seats without a reservation was quite an adventure! Service was not an expert, we always served the “better ones” first, even though we were still thirsty. The food was good, but the prices were exorbitant, the Wienerschnitzel included fries, which cost extra. When we asked for the invoice receipt, we complained that it would take at least 5 minutes because he just didn't feel like it! On the split bill we saw that he had billed incorrectly! Conclusion: it would be a great restaurant if you treated everyone the same and hired experts to get the results!
The restaurant was nicely refurbished at the beginning of 2020 and is now part of the Peclard imperium. You can think what you want about Peclard, but one is sure, he brings a certain standard to a place. Finally this area has also a hip place, and if you want a table you need to book well in advance. After a weak start, the service and speed of order processing has improved. Food quality is good, some like the Tartar still needs improvement. Service staff is friendly and speaks english! The ambience is responsible for a) nature, b) the municipality of Richterswil and c) staff and guests. Food: Value for money (very high prices for good quality) Service much worse than in previous years. Self-service area: Good range of swimming pools incl. price/performance ratio but poor organization and quality of the employees. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
The staff is, to say the least, completely overwhelmed. We tried calling all day to get a table. When we got there, they said there was no time to answer phone calls. The manners of the staff also leave a lot to be desired. It's better to go to the Pizzeria Gartenhof across the street. You will be greeted warmly and served with hearty food
Refurbished in a stylish way, very nice setting and very good food. This is not (and is not meant to be) a simple Badi food court, also from a price perspective. Really happy that here is a nice slightly upscale place at the lake in Richterswil at last. Try the fish of the day or the hand-cut tatar.
