the friendliness and hospitality in this small caffe leaves much to be desired. the waitress has unfortunately caused some confusion in our order and the blame has been pushed on us, even though she had to apologize to us. we wanted to let the things be good and simply took the wrong order, as the waitress already worked very annoyed. when we did not want to pay our bill together but separately, there were the next grained views. I think the customer is king counts in this load not really. the master files were treated quite differently than we did.

We stopped at this shop in MarienPlatz for a break during our Munich Hop On/Hop Off Bus Tour. We choose to sit in the Alfresco as one of us is a smoker. The friendly waiter came out of the Restaurant immediately to take our orders . We only have some hot beverages, they were serve quite immediately. It was very cold winter outside , but the gas heater provided in the centre of its table kept us warm !!!

even 1 star would be too much. annoyed operation back or back, but give someone he didn't order and after more courtesy please let the right one bring back something wrong, on the table to beat with drinks (which, if you were considered it penile, was also assigned the wrong person) to go directly, the bill on the table to ask you to save a bit too much.

I've been a regular customer for a few years when I go to a monk. seems to be in an Italian bar, both as products served and as a service, the boys speak correctly Italian, nice, funny and kind, I will return to the next visit surely!

to have an Italian coffee and a piece of cake is a proper choice, they are rich and the service was fine, without problems
