I went there for lunch and ended up waiting 45 minutes to be served. The fish was undercooked, and my sandwich was awful. Teresa, our server, was very slow and unprofessional. We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet it still took forever to receive our meal. She spent a lot of time chatting with people at the bar instead of attending to us. When I asked for the check, she went to take orders from new customers who had just arrived instead. She never brought the check, so we had to go to the bar to find her. By far the WORST dining experience I have ever had, and given the option, I would definitely rate it -10/10. From the jump, our server had a horrible attitude, and was just downright nasty with me and a couple others in our party. Every time she got the slightest bit flustered, she threatened to call the owner thinking it would intimidate us. She made us just feel like we were an inconvenience. So disappointed!
I reserved a table a day in advance. I get in, and get seated. It takes over 20 minutes for anyone to greet me or take my order! On top of that all the food has gone up 4-5$ and nothing about it changed. They also never answer their phones so good luck calling management. Careless service, and overpriced food.
