Probably my favourite restaurant in all of Melbourne, which is saying something. have been coming here for years now, the staff are awesome, make us feel like we're part of a family. The restaurant is quaint, cute and cosy, especially on a rainy and dreary Melbourne day. The food is the real star though, in particular the deep fried spicy meat (choice of pork, calamari or chicken) on rice, its seriously delicious, and is comparable to a similar dish I've tried at Spice Temple in crown, though several times cheaper. I'll never let more than a few months go by before eating here, and suggest it to everyone.

Here are a few other dishes I enjoy: 1. Minced Beef with Egg on Rice ($9.50) 2. Beef Brisket Curry on Rice ($10) I'm also in love with their chili sauce; it’s packed with peanuts, not too spicy, and has a sweet flavor. I could easily finish an entire container! Réservez une table maintenant

Food is definitely worth the price, as for the staffs, they’re old people so it can be a little bit overwhelming for them sometimes, however will definitely try their best to serve. Overall one of the better tasting food near uni

A classic that never disappoints! I've been visiting this restaurant since my university days, and I still adore it! Their salt and pepper chicken ribs served with rice are simply fantastic, and I can’t get enough of them.

I haven't explored their other dishes much, so I can't speak for them, but I can definitely say that the duck rice is exceptional. I did try their beef omelette rice, and it just doesn't compare in terms of flavor.

Best for Duck and Scrambled Egg Rice, A1,A2,A3,A5 And so so many more. I go there every week after a Netball game and the staff are the cutest family that are always friendly and welcoming! Réservez une table maintenant

This is my go to place for many many years. Good pork chops and beef brisket. Best value for money. Another highlight is their homemade chili sauce.
